Running since 2013 and organised by Tokai Television, it is Nagoya's signature European-style winter market.
The dates and opening hours of the Nagoya Christmas Market 2026 had not been announced as of 13 October 2026. The organiser's official site still shows the 2025 edition (checked 2026-10-13). We will update this page as soon as the 2026 details are published.

In 2025 the market grew beyond Edion Hisaya Plaza to take in Angel Plaza as well.
Getting there
The market is held inside Hisaya-odori Park in Sakae, on Edion Hisaya Plaza and Angel Plaza. The 2025 official guide gives Yabacho Station (exit 6) as a 2-minute walk and Sakae Station (exits 13 and 16) as a 5-minute walk on the Nagoya subway.

In 2025 the stalls offered Glühwein (sweet German mulled wine), sausages, stews and sweets from European regional cooking, alongside a giant live fir Christmas tree and Christmas goods such as nutcrackers and tree decorations.

The dates, hours, stalls and attractions for 2026 are all unannounced (checked 2026-10-13). Confirm on the official site or the official X account (@nagoya_xmas) before you travel, and follow the organiser's notices in bad weather.
