Venue details, prices and example events below were checked on official sites as of 2026-11-08. Prices and hours change by event, so open the venue's own page before you head out. This guide only covers house music.

How to choose: big club, small club or music bar

Tokyo's house music venues fall into three groups. Decide two things first: how late you want to stay, and whether you want to dance or sit with a drink.

Most club nights here start around 23:00 and run until early morning. DJ bars can open around 20:00, which works if you need the last train. The prices above are examples from single events, not fixed rates.

Best house music clubs and bars in Tokyo

We list a venue only if, as of 2026-11-08, its official pages showed a current schedule and house music in its programming. We have not rated atmosphere or crowds.

WOMB (Shibuya, big club)

• Area and station: 2-16 Maruyamacho, Shibuya-ku. Shibuya Station is the nearest; use the address and map on the official access page for directions.
• Age and ID: Under-20s are not admitted to late-night events, and photo ID is required. The official FAQ lists a driver's license, passport or My Number Card.
• House on the schedule: HOUSETRIBE on Saturday 2026-11-21, 23:00 to 4:30, is tagged TECH HOUSE / HOUSE. Door is 2,000 yen for ages 23 and under.
• Good to know: No re-entry, and coin lockers are limited. See the official FAQ.

VENT (Omotesando, techno and house specialist)

• Area and station: Festae Omotesando Building B1F, 3-18-19 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku. Time Out Tokyo lists it one minute from exit 4 of Omotesando Station.
• Age and ID: You must be 20 or older with photo ID. Sandals are not accepted.
• House on the schedule: The official site describes VENT as a "Techno/House specialist".
• Example price: The 2026-11-14 event opens at 23:00: 4,000 yen door, 2,500 yen advance with priority entry, 2,000 yen before midnight.

Circus Tokyo (Shibuya, choose by the show)

• Area and station: 3-26-16 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku. Shibuya Station is the nearest.
• Age and ID: Photo ID is required at the door. Under-20s are not admitted to events after 22:00.
• House on the schedule: The programming changes nightly. The official page for TSHA Japan Tour Tokyo on 2026-11-21 describes a set built around house, opening at 23:00 with a 3,000 yen advance ticket.

DJ BAR Bridge SHIBUYA (Shibuya, house music bar)

• Area and station: 10F Shibuya Parkside Kyodo Building, 1-25-6 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku. The venue says it is one minute on foot from Shibuya Station.
• Age and ID: The event page we checked did not state an age rule. Carry photo ID and ask the venue if you are unsure.
• House on the schedule: HOUSE-TEX on Thursday 2026-11-12 is tagged House: opens 20:00, 1,000 yen door.
• Good to know: The schedule showed Sundays 11/8 and 11/15 as closed when we checked. Event pages explain moving between sister venues Bridge Shinjuku, WREP and ENTER.
• Official schedule: djbar-bridge.com/shibuya. Its event search accepts "HOUSE" as a keyword.

Time Out Cafe & Diner (Ebisu, choose by the show)

• Area and station: LIQUIDROOM 2F, 3-16-6 Higashi, Shibuya-ku. It is three minutes from JR Ebisu Station's West Exit or exit 2 of the Hibiya Line station.
• Age and ID: Late-night events do not admit under-20s and require photo ID, according to the notice for a 2026-11-02 event.
• House on the schedule: Confirmed from a past event. minimal disco house on 2026-05-04 brought together minimal house, techno and disco. That date has passed, so check the calendar below for what is next.

How to find house music events in Tokyo tonight

1. Build a shortlist. Check RA (Resident Advisor) Tokyo listings. clubberia is another listing site with an English version.
2. Confirm on the official schedule. Always open the venue's own page for the date and start time, because aggregators can lag behind changes.
3. Read the genre. WOMB and Bridge tag genres on event pages, but not every venue does. Without a tag, read the description and line-up.
4. Watch the date after midnight. A "Saturday night" event starts at 23:00 on Saturday and ends on Sunday morning, and is listed under its start date. If you want to go out on Friday night, pick the Friday listing.
5. Check advance tickets. WOMB sells advance tickets for most events on the event page. VENT's advance sale ends at 23:59 the day before, and some VENT events have a before-midnight price.

If you are looking for deep house music in Tokyo, few listings say "deep house" outright. Read the description on nights tagged house, then listen to the DJs before you go.

• Getting home: Late-night events run past the last train. Decide in advance whether you will stay until morning or take a taxi.

Older lists sometimes name Contact in Shibuya, which closed in September 2022, so look for a current official schedule before you commit to a venue.

A house party in Ebisu

The Matsuri Launch Party is a house music party at BLISS EBISU, about a 3-minute walk from Ebisu Station, on Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 16:00 to 22:00. The lineup is YAMARIKI, MOMOtheDJ, RIHO ASAEDA, PUNK N MATRIX, VIANCA and DEEP BENJAMIN, and solo guests are welcome. See the event page.
