The 2026 edition ended on Oct 3 with 2.41 million visitors (100.8% of 2025, the second-highest ever). As of Oct 11, 2026, the official site has not yet posted the 2027 dates. The Sapporo Autumn Fest executive committee announces the dates, venue and block themes in its outline (published June 3 for 2026 and May 22 for 2025), so check the official site (https://www.sapporo.travel/autumnfest/). Each block of Odori Park has its own theme — block 5 ramen, block 6 Sapporo FOOD JAM (soup curry, parfaits and a farmers' market), block 7 Hokkaido wine, sake and beer bar, block 8 town booths, block 10 meat, block 11 beer and chefs' kitchen — so wander a few before settling in. In 2026 every block accepted cashless payment, and cash was accepted everywhere except the fully cashless block 11 (official FAQ; checked 2026-10-11).
