- Per the official notice of September 28, 2026, refunds cover September 21 ticket holders and September 20 ticket holders who did not attend (ticket unused). Admission tickets bought via 7-Eleven or convenience-store payment must be claimed between October 19, 2026 17:00 and December 21, 2026 17:00 (card payments made at a 7-Eleven counter still require an application); no refunds after the deadline. Online credit-card purchases need no application; the notice said the organizer would process those refunds by October 19.
